Got an article in the newspaper Mint about webcomics. Thanks to @sidin on Twitter. Goes on to show how being on Twitter can help promote your brand, and occasionally get your face in the newspaper. A few months back I did 3 guest comics by three people on Twitter. We called it a Twomic, and you can check them out here at “I Deny This Comic”. It was about Pakistan’s denial of any involvement in the terrorist attacks in Mumbai.
Akhtar’s work is slightly more complicated than the average webcomic; he is also a talented photographer and all the characters in his panels are portrayed using heavily modified photographs of friends and other people he runs into.

Well it’s been a long time since I posted a NON-Comic entry. So here’s a list of webcomics I like. In no particular order. This list will also prevent readers from complaining that there have been no comic postings for a long time.

So here are the results for the “Caption This Photo” contest. Got about 50 entries which, coincidentally are the same number of entries I got for the first contest.
The original photo, by the way, was shot in Jama Masjid where if you show up without proper clothes, they give a dhoti and a nightie to cover your nakedness.
